Domestic Shipping Policy

New Yellow Solar has partnered with UAfrica in order to fulfil all courier services. 

Shipment Processing Time

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Deliveries take place during business days only and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. Major centres usually carry a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days and delivery to outlying areas can take up to 7 days.

Overnight delivery is subject to stock availability, should stock not be available, then your shipping method will default to economy and the difference (if any) refunded to your account. Our sales team will contact you in this regard.

Some items are not kept at our premises and may have a lead time of 5 days or more before they are dispatched. Should stock be completely unavailable at the time of your order then we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, should you not wish to wait for us to procure the items then we can provide you with either an alternative item in the same price range or a full refund.

Any estimated delivery times displayed on the website exclude any time required to prepare your order and are only valid from date of dispatch.

Shipping Address

We ship to anywhere in South Africa, provided it has a valid street address.

Items will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. The company will not be held responsible for any incorrect details provided by the client and the client will be held liable for any additional charges to complete an order based on incorrect details provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains incorrect delivery information or an incorrect delivery option. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full, either via the payment gateway or via EFT.

Collections

Collections are available should you wish to collect your order instead of having it delivered.

Collections are only available during our dispatch times: 08:30 – 16:00 on business days only. Please do not attempt to collect your order outside of these times, as you will be turned away.

Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection, as you will be turned away.

You are more than welcome to query the status of your order at any point in time during business hours.

Damages

New Yellow Solar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Refer to our return policy and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
